Caricature and Cartoon Commissions Terms and Conditions

-Caffer’s Art reserves the right to refuse to undertake or complete a commission at any time.

Reasons may include but are not limited to:

1. a) Failure to communicate with the artist
2. b) Rescinding approval on sketches or Mock up images
3. c) Time restraints
4. d) Lack of access to artist approved reference photos.

Artwork only:

-Adding new details to the drawing will incur additional charges and alter the time frame of the commission. 

-If alterations and additions vary drastically from the initial approved brief this is classed as a new commission and therefore will be treated as such. 

-Conditions for terminating contract:

-In the event Caffer's Art cancels a commission a full refund of all monies will be given.

-Refunds:

-No refunds can be given for customised artwork has begun.

-Right to cancel:

-The client has the right to cancel their booking up to and including 48 hours after the contract date and will be issued with a full refund.

-Copyright:

-Please ensure that you are the owner of the photographs you provide or have obtained permission to use the photograph.

-Caffer’s Art will assume that permission has been granted and therefore not be responsible to obtain such permission.

-Caffer's Art retains the right to the copyright of all artwork commissioned. Caffer’s Art reserves the right to use any artwork and original images supplied in their marketing materials or promotional materials without formal consent of the customer.

-Minimum length of contract:

The contract between client and Caffer’s Art will expire once the drawing has been delivered/collected

-Complaints:
